Dr. Gwen feels blessed to have done what she loves as an Education Officer for the Belmopan Area at the Cayo District Education Centre. She loves to help others, travel, read, write poems, and meet new people. Her motivational spirit has taken her all over the place empowering others to greatness. One of her greatest reward to be mother to Taruni Wanigi Gonzalez and Sydney Nunez and co-parent to her many nieces, nephews, and close associates.

She is currently working on Volume II of Lérerun Bungiu and a number game called NUMERU.
When the National Lockdown began in Belize she and her daughter Taruni Gonzalez ventured on the task to begin Garifuna Classes online. These lessons have brought a renewed interest in many to learn the Garifuna Language.
She believes that her calling is SERVICE TO OTHERS. Her motto is “Tough Times Never lasts but Tough People Do”. God continues to be the focal point in her life.
